U of L Now Suing Rick Pitino

Now, it appears that the University of Louisville is going after Rick Pitino in court- seeking monetary damages that include money lost from vacated NCAA tournament wins from 2012-15.

As evidence, the University says, is a part of this interview Pitino did with Jay Bilas... listen closely...

Remember, Pitino was fired "for cause" which means the school has no interest in paying the $35-million Pitino says they owe him.

Now, they want their pounds of flesh for what they say is their former coach's "wrongful conduct."
