Upset Saturday: TCU Smokes Oklahoma State

The result did not surprise us--but probably surprised a sellout crowd in Stillwater, Oklahoma. TCU took advantage of a traditionally weak Oklahoma State defense and stomped on the Cowboys 44-31.

Surprisingly the difference was the run game. TCU's Darius Anderson ran for 160 yards and 3 TD's and QB Kenny Hill controlled the game with short passes going 22-33 and 228 yards.

The Cowboys did not help their cause on offense. At all. Star QB Mason Rudolph again put up pretty good numbers throwing for 398 yards and a pair of TD's...but also threw 2 INT's and was largely not accurate throwing the ball.

TCU forced 4 OSU turnovers during the game and dominated time of possession, holding the ball for 39-plus minutes and ultimately that was the difference in the game.
