NPSL Week 16 Midwest Region Review/Preview

In the East Conference, Fort Pitt had a rough week- getting outscored 6-0 in losses to FC Buffalo and Erie Commodores. Erie also drew Syracuse FC at ones. Nick Episcopo has the wrap...

And Dayton and Rochester shared points in a goalless draw.

This week, the Regiment (3pts, 7th) try to rebound with a home and home with AFC Cleveland (7pts, 5th). FC Buffalo (8pts, 4th) is at Rochester (14pts, 2nd) and Dayton (17pts, 1st) and Syracuse (7pts, 5th) visits Erie (14pts, 2nd).

In the Great Lakes, Milwaukee Torrent pulled in four points with a draw at Ann Arbor and a win at FC Indiana. Kalamazoo FC also had a 4-point week with a draw at Michigan Stars and a 3-0 win at home over Lansing United.

Detroit City also continues their charge with a 2-0 win at Grand Rapids FC.

This week, Milwaukee hosts Stars and Le Rouge after their home match with Kalamazoo. FC Indiana also goes to Ann Arbor before a match at Detroit City mid-week. Lansing United also hosts Grand Rapids.

In the North, Med City makes it to the top of the standings after wins over Aris and TwinStars. Dakota Fusion had two wins- over Sioux Falls and Duluth FC. Here's the first quarter of the Thunder match. You can find the rest on their YouTube channel.

Minneapolis City had two wins on the week as well... Aris and VSLT FC. Duluth FC got three points with their win over TwinStars.
