Pay Attention!: Jose Bautista gets a 2-Base Walk

If you are a Major League Baseball player, there's no excuse for this happening. Yet it did....

Saturday night in the 8th inning of the Seattle Mariners game with the Toronto Blue Jays, Blue Jays slugger Jose Bautista drew a walk from Mariners pitcher Tony Zych.

Zych was mad at himself for walking Bautista---turned his back, trying to calm himself and figure out what he did wrong.

One problem.

He forgot about Bautista who jogged to first base...and then kept going.

D'oh! Despite the screams from Seattle Manager Scott Servais, Zych was totally lost in thought. Bautista gets credit for a walk...and a stolen base.

Luckily for Zych, he got the next guy out ending the inning. Though we should add it wasn't enough as Toronto got a run in the 9th inning and a 4-2 win.
