Marcus Mariota and Titans fire up crazed Nashville Predators fans during win

As someone who lived in Nashville in the late 1990's and was there when the Predators were born, it is amazing to see the loyalty among the locals for the home team. They've had some success, made the playoffs and gotten close to the Stanley Cup Finals but have yet to play at that level.

Some 20 or so years in, the Predators stand poised on the cusp of the Finals based in large part to a crazy good defense, just enough offense and an over the top insane fan base.

The Predator fans had plenty to be excited about Tuesday night as they hosted Game 3 of the Western Conference finals vs. the Anaheim Ducks.

It started when Country Music superstar Keith Urban got the crowd riled up with an electric version of the National Anthem....a move that made regular season Anthem singer Dennis Morgan, um--less than thrilled and created a whole separate storyline within the story....

The moves apparently worked, Nashville---on the strength of a late 3rd period, power play goal by Roman Josi got a 2-1 win.

Nashville leads the Best of 7 series 2-1 with Game 4 slated for Thursday night at Bridgestone Arena.
